Privacy Policy

Corpusense is a product of 1610416 B.C. Ltd., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (incorporation number BC1610416) and referred to below as "we" and "us".
This policy explains what we collect when you use corpusense.com and app.corpusense.com, why we collect it, where it is held, and how to have it removed. It is governed by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
1. What we collect
If you ask for access
When you submit the request-access form on either site we store:
- the email address you enter;
- which company's earnings card you clicked before asking, and the reporting period it referred to;
- when you first and last asked, and how many times.
We use this only to contact you about access and to understand which companies bring people to the calendar. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing.
If you have an account
- Email address and password, handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We never see or store your password.
- What you do in the app — pages opened, questions asked, reports generated.
- Session recordings of how you interact with the signed-in application, so we can diagnose problems. Recording is switched off on our public pages.
Everyone who visits
- Usage analytics. We record page views and interactions — for example which earnings card was clicked — using PostHog and Google Analytics. This includes visitors without an account, who are given a randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie so that repeat visits can be recognised as the same browser. That identifier is shared between corpusense.com and app.corpusense.com.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting providers, which include IP addresses and browser details.
If you later ask for access using an email address, we link that address to the earlier activity from the same browser, so we can see how people arrive at us.
What we never collect
We do not ask for and do not want your portfolio, positions, holdings, trading activity, or any financial account details. Nothing in Corpusense is tailored to your personal circumstances.
2. Cookies
We use cookies for two purposes only:

Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them. The first time you visit we ask, and until you choose, neither PostHog nor Google Analytics is loaded at all — so nothing is written to your browser and no analytics identifier exists for you. Rejecting takes one click, the same as accepting.
Your choice is remembered for about six months and covers both corpusense.com and app.corpusense.com, so you are only asked once. You can change it at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page; withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies already in your browser.
Cookies that keep you signed in are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for, so they do not require consent and are not affected by that choice.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share data with advertising networks. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser; the calendar works without them, though you may be signed out of the application.

If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred there and handled under those providers' terms.
4. How long we keep it
- Access requests — until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the waiting list.
- Account data — while your account exists, and for a short period afterwards.
- Analytics — according to our providers' default retention periods.
5. Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to see it, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to withdraw your consent to our using it. To exercise any of these, email our Privacy Officer at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days, as PIPEDA requires, and will tell you in advance if we need longer.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
You can have your email removed from the waiting list at any time by asking — no explanation needed.
6. Children
Corpusense is for professional and adult use. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes affecting account holders will be notified by email.
