Terms of Use
Last updated 2 October 2026
Corpusense is a product of 1610416 B.C. Ltd., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (incorporation number BC1610416) and referred to below as "we" and "us".
These terms govern your use of corpusense.com, the earnings calendar at app.corpusense.com, and the Corpusense application. By using any of them you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What Corpusense is
Corpusense is a research tool. It reads public earnings-call transcripts and related public data, and presents summaries, recurring themes, tone indicators and search results, with each claim linked back to the passage it came from. The earnings calendar shows publicly announced reporting dates together with figures supplied by third-party data providers.
2. What Corpusense is not
Nothing in Corpusense is investment advice, a recommendation, or an inducement to buy, sell or hold any security.
We do not give financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. We do not issue price targets, ratings or recommendations. Nothing we produce is tailored to your objectives, financial situation, holdings or needs, and we do not know what they are.
We are not a registered investment adviser, dealer or broker in any jurisdiction, and we do not hold ourselves out as one. No fiduciary or advisory relationship arises between us from your use of the service.
Words such as "bullish" and "bearish" describe the language used on a call. They are not our view of a security and must not be read as one.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Before acting on anything you see here, verify it against the original transcript and the company's own filings, and consider taking advice from a professional authorised to give it in your jurisdiction.
3. Accuracy
We take care, but we cannot promise the service is accurate or complete:
- Calendar dates and figures come from third-party providers and may be wrong, missing, late or revised without notice. Reporting dates change frequently.
- Summaries, themes, tone labels and answers are produced by automated systems including large language models, which can misread, omit or misrepresent what was said.
- Coverage is not complete. Not every company, quarter or call is included.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uptime and may change or withdraw features at any time.
4. Who may use it
You must be at least 18. The earnings calendar is free and open to anyone. The application is available by invitation; your account is personal to you and must not be shared. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, with or without reason.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the service for your own research, and within your organisation where your account permits. You may not:
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service, or use automated means to extract data at scale;
- resell, redistribute or publish our output as a product or dataset of your own;
- present our output as your own original research without attribution;
- attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits or authentication;
- use the service unlawfully, including in breach of market-abuse or insider-dealing rules.
Quoting a reasonable extract in your own internal research or commentary, with attribution to Corpusense, is fine.
6. Intellectual property
Underlying transcripts and company statements belong to their respective owners; we make no claim to them. Our summaries, theme classifications, interface and software belong to 1610416 B.C. Ltd. You keep whatever you write and upload yourself.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from reliance on anything it produces. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these terms or from your unlawful use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means you accept the current version. Account holders will be told of material changes by email.
11. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms are the entire agreement between us about the service. We may transfer them to a successor to our business; you may not transfer them without our consent.
